💻 📱☁️ 🖥️
Finally, you can reduce your mental burden that is caused by your digital clutter! This 10-day challenge with quests, tips and inspiration will get you there!
Overflowing inbox? 10,000 screenshots? Multiple cloud storage you're paying for? Disorganized screens with unused apps? No idea where your files are? What about those subscriptions?
Let's get through this together!
WHO WILL BENEFIT THE MOST?
Do any of these sound familiar?
📨
YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING STARTED You watch your inbox, cloud storage, phone memory fill up, but it never feels like the right time to get started.
🧠
YOU START ONE TASK, THEN GET LOST IN ANOTHER It's not for not trying. One thing leads to another. And you've spent a good amount of time on your phone and the intended task is still waiting to be started.
🫠
YOU DON'T HAVE A PLAN BECAUSE IT IS BORING Well, it is boring and it may be costing you money or worse... time! Hence, the community declutter. Solidarity in gamification of these tasks.
💸
YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY IS GOING You have subscriptions but you're not sure if they are monthly, yearly, auto-renew or what? And finding out sounds like something for tomorrow that never comes.
💡
MAKING DECISIONS TAKES FOREVER You would use apps to help you organize, but it feels like there are a lot to choose from and once again many steps stand between you and your final goal. You then drift off to do something else.
☝️
These are common for ADHD brains. Joining a short challenge with humor, clear tips and small quests will help you complete some (or all) of the quests! Small wins will crank up the dopamine and you'll be more likely to want to do more little quests.
SCIENCE
With any ADHD Hyperfocus School classes, you'll find science is involved. This one is no different. I believe that knowledge and awareness create an opportunity to make a change.
Hoarding related research points out to ADHD challenges. Add to that science on decision making... ADHDers are in a uphill battle.
COMMUNITY
Having done four cycles of Lighter, I've seen the power of inspiration through the ADHD community.
LIGHTER - Digital edition, will provide that connection to the rest of the community. We learn best from each other. Nothing like ADHDers advising each other for what really works.
